The Living Room:

Highligt for the guests is the 60 sqm bathed in light open living and dining area, that specially for groups offers enough space to eat and sit all together. A high chair for a child will be there.
In the living room there is a cable television and a stereo equipment, at winter time a tiled fireplace provides for warmth coziness, at summer time you can go from here directly to the terrace and the garden and the winter garden. Some rocking chairs will be on hand for you.

20 square meters in the open living and dining area are kept free from furniture to customize individual needs. You could use it as a practice/music room or relaxation room. Alternatively you could also use it as a room to further education or even use it as guestrooms. There is also a well maintained Ibach piano. The big windows of this room in all parts, that let in a lot of light and the view towards the green garden will make this room to a special oasis.

The four Bedrooms:

The vacacion house has 4 bedrooms (with 2+2+3+4 beds).
For kids up to two years there can be built a babybed.

Bedroom 1: with two single beds.

Bedroom 2: with a double bed (1,80meter), a balcony, a seperated dressing room, and if you want a seperates bathroom (you can close all this like a appartment). Here you will have space for a babybed.

Bedroom 3: here you find a Futonbed (1,40m wide) and a singlebed.

Bedroom 4: A doblebed (1,80 m wide) and a couch for 2 persons (1,40 m).
Here you have space too to put up a babybed

Kitchens and Bathrooms:

There are 2 new kitchens – one of which is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine – a great prerequisite for self-sufficiency.
Particularly groups of 10/11 persons enjoy to have two oven, two stoves, two fridges and a pantry to keep groceries. You also will have a microwave.

The view to the outside offers an almost finished landscaped garden.

We offer 3 bathrooms for you.
A big one with shower, bathtub, bidet and toilet.
One with bathtub and toilet. and a small one with shower and toilet.
The tiles in the bathrooms are holden in the style of the 70th.

The Garden and the Yard:

Unfortunately you can’t use the garages you see at the fotos, but you will have a lot of space for parking your car at the big (court)yard or outside at the street there will be no problem to park.

A balcony, patios, a meadow, the big (court)yard, garden furniture and a grill provided for plenty of outdoor activities.
