Rental rates:

Low season:
20th  of September – 30th  of April
except 20th  of December – 7th  of January

1-2 persons 95 Euro / night
Each further person will pay 7,50 Euro, from 9.person just 5,00 Euro /night

Examples: 8 Personen 140 Euro ( 17,5 Euro for 1 person / 1 night)
10 Personen 150 Euro( 15 Euro for 1 person/1 night)
11 Personen 155 Euro ( 14,09 Euro for 1 person / 1 night)
If you stay 7 and more nights, there will be a discount of 10% !

High Season:  
1st of May – 19th of September and 20th of December – 7th of January

1-2 persons 100 Euro / night
Each further person 10 Euro
Discount like in low season

Final house cleaning: 80 Euro
Prices include bed linen, towels, electricity ,water
Costs for heating will be 0,85 Euro for 1 liter oil, counted by a meter.

Minimum stay : 3 nights
In July/ August and christmas time minimum stay: 5 nights
